PAYMENT POLICY

We require a deposit for all work to be done. Minimum deposit of $50.00 per month of work to be done. Work will be done to the value of the deposit and then a progress bill will be generated at that time. Upon payment of that invoice, work will be then put back on the schedule. Deposits are applied to the final billing only.
Any work done at the client’s office will have to be paid for no later than on the day of the visit. We are now taking credit card deposits from all new clients on booking of appointments.
Any NSF cheques received will result in full suspension of work until it is cleared up and an alternate method of payment may be required from that point on. An NSF fee of $25.00 will be added to your account.
Financial information, computer data files or paper printouts will not be given without guaranteed funds – cash, certified cheques, bank draft, Visa or MasterCard.

Work will be stopped while waiting for payment and then will be put back onto the schedule once payment is received. There may be up to a two week wait before work can commence. Payment by cheques may result in up to a 2 week delay, as it has been taking that long for NSF cheques to be returned from the bank.

General Bookkeeping $38.00, $40.00, $42.00 & $ 60.00 per hour - depends on bookkeeper

Consulting Services

Data file setup, one on one training
troubleshooting $ 50.00 or $81.00 per hour (this is 10% off our regular Consulting rates)

Phone Support $ 55.00 or $ 90.00 per hour

Remote assistance via internet $95.00 or $130.00 per hour

Please Note:

Unscheduled Drop-bys our office may result in a double rate charge.
Rush or short notice jobs will result in a double rate charge. (ie: If you don't bring us your work with plenty of time to meet deadlines.)
Double rate may also be charged at our discretion for other reasons.
Example: Our staff having to handle out of the ordinary dirty or nasty documents etc.
Rude or nasty clients.

Work done at your office - minimum charge of 2 hours

Please note - a $45.00 travel charge will apply to all client site visits (Metro Edmonton) - $60.00 for Sherwood Park, Morinville, Spruce Grove & Leduc. Additional Travel Time and Km charges for area's beyond.

General Bookkeeping $ 50.00 or $ 90.00 per hour

Consulting Services:

Setup, one on one training
and troubleshooting $90.00 per hour - Connie
$55.00 per hour - available shortly

Prices are for One on One Training. Additional Persons are billed at half the regular rate.

Additional Travel time and km charges may apply.

All rates are plus GST
